If you make a mistake on the form or put wrong information on the form, please go to streetsvilleauto.com/revise to re-submit the form. There is a $15.00 plus hst charge for revisions. We provide a service based business. You are hiring us to appraise your vehicle in-person or online. Both require our time and effort as well as overhead costs. Therefore, please understand that we do NOT offer refunds. However, we will always work with you to find a solution incase of any issues / errors to make things right. Total Loss Appraisal Pricing
Our standard rate is listed on our website. For all specialty vehicles, exotics, super cars, large trucks, trailers, boats, etc, there may be a surcharge or a percentage of recovery charge. We will inform you of this charge prior to going forward with finalizing your report. Please call if you are not sure. Our minimum charges for cases that need to be resolved in court are as follows:
Case review: $300.00 + hst
Deposition: $450.00 + hst
Testimony: $450.00 + hst

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Our online and in person service valuation are largely based on your detailed description and / or the amount you stated you paid for your motor vehicle. By filling out our online form, or providing us verbal information, you certify that the description and amount you provided is accurate and truthful with respects to your purchase. We will base our appraisal on this value. We may, from time to time, request pictures and receipts to compliment the information entered. We cannot be liable or responsible for false information entered on this form. Every person who knowingly makes a false or deceptive statement herein is guilty of an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine, or term of imprisonment, or both (Retail Sales Tax Act, Subsections 32(4) and 32 (4.1) From time to time, the Ministry of Finance has been known to send correspondence to the sellers requesting receipts, copies of cheques and other pertaining information to back up your claim. This is why it is important to be truthful when providing us information about your vehicle. We cannot be held responsible for any legal / fines you face due to providing us incorrect or misleading statements.
There are no guarantees or promises made that we will match the requested appraisal price. Depending on the information provided and the suppporting documents, we will establish the final appraisal amount. There are NO REFUNDS if you disagree with this final amount.

This process is not fraud or forgery as permission is granted to you and we are aware of you doing so.

In the days of this pandemic, all of our customers appreciate the non physical inspections. There is no requirement for a physical inspection by the Ministry of Transportation. We require our clients to provide us information about their vehicle purchase in person or online, in the same way. We do not test drive or do any extensive mechanical inspections on site as time and costs are not permissible to allow for such in-depth inspections. Therefore, online evaluations with customers honest descriptions are virtually the same results when determining value as in person " inspections".
